1. Animals
Please let us know before booking if you're about to bring your
pet.
2. Rules of the house
We ask you to act according to the general habits
and customs in tenements. Disturbing noise is to be avoided. This
holds true for the yard and the stairway as well. We have a non-smoking
policy for all our apartments. You may use the balcony if available.
In case of disregard the lessor holds the right to withdraw the
availability of the apartment without any rebate.
Close all windows and the balcony door when leaving
- as well as the main entrance after 8 p.m. We ask you kindly
to shut the light and eventually turn down the heating when you're
about to leave the apartment.
3. Final cleaning/ Key pawn
A € 28,- final cleaning fee is obligatory.
We also have to ask you for a key pawn of € 25,- .
4. Guest admittancy agreement
A binding agreement is achieved the moment an
apartment is ordered and confirmed. The entry of your booking
in form of e-mail, fax or letter is treated as confirmed reservation!
Our confirmation can be made via telephone, fax or e-mail.
Cancellation is accepted in written form only.
In case of cancellation the guest has to pay the following fees
for the booked and confirmed period of time according to our binding
agreement:
* if cancelled up to 2 months before: € 100,-
* if cancelled up to 14 days before: 50 % of the agreed upon rent
* if cancelled later:100% of the agreed upon rent
* in case of early departure there is no rebate as well
* generally and also for renting periods of more than 2 months
we insist on the payment for the full confirmed period.
You should let us know the approximate time of
your arrival 24 before - as well as the exact time about one hour
before. Handing over of the keys takes place at the apartment
and is combined with a short introduction of the equipment. The
apartment is at your disposal the day of arrival from 2 p.m. on
and is to be cleared upon leaving by 11 a.m.
Full payment for the number of reserved persons
and the confirmed duration is to be made in cash on the day of
your arrival. Possible further overnight guests have to be announced
and payed for 24 hours before their arrival.
In case of not providing the apartment the lessor
is obliged to refund already made payments. In case of written
request the lessor is obliged to pay additional compensation according
to the following agreement:
* if cancelled up to 2 months before: € 50,-
* if cancelled up to 14 days before: € 10,- per booked night,
maximum € 150,-
* if cancelled later: € 10,- per booked night, maximum €
200,-
The guest renounces explicitly to any further
claims from the contract.
During the time of usage the guest is liable
for any self inducted damage to the apartment to full extent.
The lessor cannot be held responsible for the liability of short-term
and temporary fault of equipment pieces, public supplies, elevator
etc., any rebate is excluded. The same holds true for acts of
god.
In case of loss of the apartment keys the guest
is made liable with a fee of 150,- because the locking cylinder
has to be replaced completely.
Possible changements of the apartment equipment
are reserved to the lessor.
The lessor has the right to enter the apartment
for example in case of necessary repairs. He is as well not to
be held responsible for any possible loss of articles of value.
All usage of the apartment, the stairs, the elevator and the equipment
etc. are at your own risk.
Should some of the above passages be either incorrect
or ineffective in formulation, the parties should - in case of
an argument - aim for an interpretation according to the meaning.
Exclusive area of jurisdiction is Berlin.
