This three-room vacation rental is located in a calm area. It has a balcony with a nice view. At the same time, you live just 10 Minutes away from Kurfürstendamm with its excelent stores.

Our 3-room apartment is found in very central but quiet and green location. Connections to public transportation are very good. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 5-storey building from 1930 and is protected as historic site, because it was realised by architects of the famous and legendary Bauhausgroup. Part of this building complex is the well known theatre Schaubühne on "Kudamm".

3 very individually furnished rooms for up to 8 persons in a redeveloped three-room apartment. There is a big kitchen with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. You have three bed rooms in the apartment which offer each up to 4 sleeping places. In every room there is a big double bed of either 140 or 160 x 200 cm. In the accommodation you have a cable tv-set and a small radio/cassette/CD-player.
