Berlin Flat No 3: Furnishing

The one-room vacation rental is located in a round 5-storey-house which was built in 1998. This building is situated on a big backyard which connects the Dircksenstr with the popular "Neuen Schönhauser Allee". The Flat rental has been well designed and it is in best condition. Furthermore it is really a beautiful place and it has been furnished with affection. It has to be noted that the living area is completely glassed in, which results in well-lighted rooms. The balcony of approx. 6 sqm is ideal for a breakfast outside in the summer. All noises from the streets are effectively eliminated as the Flat rental is facing the backyard. If you should bring small children with you, then they can also use the small playground plus sand-box, which you wil be able to see from the balcony. This Flat rental is completely furnished. It has a neat little kitchen, a bath plus bathing-tub, a spacious living/sleeping-are a, a small entrance corridor and a balcony

The living/sleeping area beautifully furnished with: a TV plus cable-connection, a little stereo set, a double-bed (1.60 x 2.00 sqm) with bedside table and lamp, a wardrobe, a linen-cupboard, a comfortable pull-out bed-couch (approx. 150x200 sqm) plus couch-table, and a dinner-table with easy-chairs.
