key pawn is 25,-EUR each. It will be refund upon check out by the cleaning woman.
payment: cash on the day of arrival.
non-smoking apartment: 1-1/2 living/ bed rooms + bathroom+balcony+hall

Equipment living room: 1 double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m² ), 1 cable tv, 1 closet, 4 places to sit (simple and armchairs), 1 dining table, 2 couches with coffee tables, one closet. Bed linen is inclusive.
In the second room you find a bed couch and a board for clothes.
Bathroom: bathtub, toilet, sink, small fridge - please bring your own towels.
Hall: wardrobe and closet, cooking place with electric kettle, cooking hotplate, coffe machine, cutlery, dishes, pans and pots etc. Coffee and tea are free.

parking in the streets is possible and free.

Time of arrival: from 2 p.m. on. Make sure to let us know 24 hours before.
Check out: until 11 a.m. Please decide about your exact check out time the day of your arrival the latest however three days before departure. In case you have some free hours to spend in Berlin between check out and your departure by plane/ train/ car we recommend to leave your luggage in the lockers at the station Zoologischer Garten. Unfortunately we cannot provide any left-luggage service after your check out for organizational reasons.
bed linen/ dish towels are inclusive. Please bring your own towels.
Area: numerous exclusive shopping possibilities on Kurfürstendamm and in Wilmersdorferstraße; theatre Schaubühne and cinemas, pubs and retaurants. The International Fair Centre near Funkturm-West, Halensee and Grunewald with lakes. Very good public transportation connections e.g. U-Adenauerplatz, S-Bahn Charlottenburg, buses e.g. 110, 129, 119, Tegelshuttle 109 and more.
